	Neil Gaught Location: London Contact email: neil@rainraker.com Mobile phone: About me Neil graduated from the London Institute (now The University of Arts) with a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design. Following a short stint working for some of the UK's leading designers he founded his own London based design and brand consultancy in 1990. After nine years of successful trading he eventually sold the business before joining global brand consultancy Enterprise IG (now The Brand Union). He moved to New Zealand in 2003. He was Consultant Director with strategic partner DesignWorks Enterprise IG (now DesignWorks), for two and a half years before establishing his own independent consultancy in 2007. Originally based in London, Neil has worked across the globe on projects for the likes of Merrill Lynch, FT, Standard Chartered, SEAT, De Beers, BG Group and Taiwan Mobile. Neil has become a keynote speaker on building positive reputations and a trusted advisor and counsellor to some of New Zealand's leading businesses. Neil is founding partner of RainRaker and is now resident in the UK where he will spearhead the consultancy's innovation and collaboration network.

This system launched in 1999 has found wide acceptance and is still in use today (www.pioneering-innovation.co). She also worked as a Knowledge Management Consultant within the Group Strategy department of Siemens Com in Munich, where she contributed to the development and strategies of the worldwide company's knowledge management solution (ShareNet). Diane represented Siemens in the EKMF (European Knowledge Management Forum) and was co-editor of the Special Interest Group on Communities of Practice within the Knowledge Board (www.knowledgeboard.com/community/zones/sig/cp.html). Currently she is a consultant in innovation and community building and co-founder of RainRaker.
